COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

DAVAO SECURITY AND INVESTIGATION AGENCY, INC., hereunder referred

to as the FIRST PARTY under this agreement,
- and –

WILFREDO O. LICTAWA, JR., hereunder referred to as the SECOND PARTY.

under this agreement, do hereby mutually agree – as they hereby agree to enter into this
Compromise Agreement as follows:

1) That without going into the merits of the vehicular incident that took place on May 1,
2020 involving the vehicle of the DASIA ( First Party) and Motorcyle of Wilfredo O.
Lictawa jr., ( Second Party) identified as : Plate No. LD79198, Color-black, Suzuki,
resulting to the damage of said e motorcycle, the parties have voluntarily agreed to
settle the case amicably and to free the parties from all and future liabilities arising
from the same incident, to wit:

a) The FIRST PARTY shall pay the Second Party the amount of Php 20,000.00 in
lump sum. The amount shall cover the expenses for the medication and follow up
check-ups of WILFREDO O. LICTAWA, JR. and repair of the motorcycle.
b) The Second Party shall desist from filing a case for damages against DASIA
arising from the same vehicular incident;
c) The First Party shall likewise waive its right against the Second Party and shall
free the Second Party from all liability relative to this incident.

2) This compromise agreement is entered by the parties voluntarily without force, threat
or intimidation;

3) This compromise agreement is not contrary to law, morals, good custom and public
policy and was made in Good Faith.

This 4th day of May 2020, in the City of Davao, Philippines.
