Augmentrac’s role

Team Augmentrac to reach out to a selective schools from the above cities for a principal’s connect
event

Augmentrac with help of Pearson will follow a pre-qualification process to acquire the delegates for
the event (Online registration)

Augmentrac will ensure the delegates are the decision makers of the respective institutions they
represent

Augmentrac will invite a maximum of 30 - 40 schools per city

Augmentrac will handle the complete activity of the event including

Delegate acquisition
Venue booking
Conference set up
Pre and Post Show report generation
Travel and accommodation (co-ordination only)

Budget Outline
With Set up and Venue – INR 200,000 + Taxes per city

Only Delegate acquisition - INR 150,000 + Taxes per city

Payment terms –
 50% of payment per state to be made 7 days before the event date

 50% Payment to be made within 7 days from completion of each event

If there is no response from the client (schools) for attending the event Augmentrac will notify Pearson
10 days in advance to alter the dates or shelve the event. And no payment will be collected and refund
if any advance payment made or adjusted with the rescheduled date.

If Pearson cancels the event for any reason, Augmentrac reserves the right to bill for the scheduled
event in full.
