I do not agree that liability insurance should be phased out. This protects an individual

from claims made by others who have sustained injuries or property damage. This is due to the

fact that not all types of risks are known to the liability insured person, but his profession may

allow him to take all such risks or otherwise, he cannot serve. A medical doctor, for example,

may postpone a patient's operation if he thinks his career will be over if any loss occurs. Even if

he does his best, he can't expect the result and promise it. Therefore, he wants liability insurance

to protect himself against the claims of others. If he doesn't, then he could start charging a huge

amount of money to each patient and all patients will suffer (all pay more, only for one

possibility from one person). To particular practitioners, therefore, liability insurance is much

safer and secure.
