To start with, below are the details required from an organization aiming to

be registered as a non-stock, non-profit organization with the Securities


and Exchange Commission (SEC). To wit:

1. Complete names of at least five (5) incorporators;

2. Complete addresses of each incorporator;

3. BIR Tax Identification Number of each incorporator; and,

4. For Foundations, Contribution of each incorporator having a total of at


least Php 1,000,000.00 (thru a notarized bank deposit certificate

5. List of at least five (5) members;

6. List of contributors (if any)

* One government-issued ID card per incorporator / member / contributor


will also be required for presentation purposes

For the documentary requirements, please refer to the details provided


below:

6. Name verification slip of name to be used (VL will facilitate acquisition);

7. Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws (VL will prepare);

8. Joint affidavit of two (2) incorporators undertaking to change name (VL


will prepare);

9. For Federations, Certified list of Member-Associations by the Corporate


Secretary or President

Once the requirements are completed, we can proceed with the online
registration of the organization thru SEC's Company Registration System.
Approval may take about 7 to 10 working days.

Upon receipt SEC's approval, we will be instructed to settle the registration


fees with any SEC-affiliated Landbank branch. Said fees will range from
Php 2,500.00 to Php 10,000.00.

Once settled, we will then await for another 7 to 10 working days for the
release of the organization's SEC Certificate.
