Major Steps for Virtual classes

 Schedule a Virtual class and Start the scheduled Virtual class.


 Students connect the schedule in student id

Schedule a Virtual Class:


1. Select the CAMU URL ( https://www.camu.in) in browser and login with your
individual login id into CAMU.
In your home page, various widget will be shown, under the schedule widget your daily class
schedule will be shown. Refer the following screen and highlighted in arrow mark.

2. To schedule the virtual class.


Select the schedule period your day, video icon button in the schedule widget is enable to
select. Click the Video icon then “Schedule Meeting” option will show. To schedule the
meeting click “Schedule Meeting”.
After click “Schedule Meeting”, Microsoft Teams account login will be shown to login.
Enter your Microsoft Teams( Office 365) user details and proceed to further to schedule the
virtual class.
After schedule the meeting “Meeting Scheduled Successfully” Msg display in the right side
top on the screen.
Once the meeting scheduled successfully, scheduled virtual class will be shown to students in
Mycamu.
Start the Virtual Class:
Note: Before start the meeting, you sign in microsoft office365 account in another tap.
Staff login office 365 account Id
Click “Sign in” in the following window,

Note: camu login id,password and microsoft login id,password both may be different.
Enter the username and password and click “Sign in”.
Click ”Yes” in the following screen. Then you don’t need to sign every time.
Once you sign next time automaticaly connect.

Then sign in microsoft office 365 account success fully. You can see your id on the right top
side. Click Teams icon and open it in bowser.
Conduct the meeting by staff
Then click the meeting schedule in the camu page and click video icon button. The meeting
already scheduled. So, start meeting option display. You can see the following screen.

The following separate screen will open. Click “Join on the web instead” option.
Then the meeting window open click “Join Now”. The meeting will start. Then the following
screen will shown.

Meeting time you can chat, share your screen, record the session, invite new invites,
presentation and use white boards also.

Click share option then the following screen will open.


The click “Desktop window”. Now your screen will be share student.

Allow video, audio,share, show participants, show conversation options are availabel in the
screen.
Show Participants window is given below.

More options are availble in the screen. show meeting notes, Enter full screen, start recording
options are available. You can see the option in the following screen.
You can using chat option in the following screen

Click share option then click “White Board” in the following screen.
Then the following window will be shown

You can use the pencils and write or draw using these boards
Mycamu Login

Students login using login id and password


The following screen will be shown then click “Timetable”

Then the following window display click particular class and click “Attend online Class”
After that the following screen will shown.

Click “Allow” in the popup for access microphone and camera. Then connect the schedule
meeting.

You allow or block access of video and microphone in the screen. Enter you name and click
“Join now”.
The meeting connect now. You can see in the following screen.
More options are availble in the screen. show meeting notes, Enter full screen, start recording
options are available. You can see the option in the following screen.
