The Cauayan City Water District (CCWD), would like to inform our

Customers that we have skeletal force manning our operations as

required by the National Government for Government – Owned and
Controlled Corporations’ (GOCCs) like us.
In line with the extension of the Enhanced Community Quarantine
in Luzon until April 30, 2020, please be advise that:
1. Water Bills issued last March 2020 and for April 2020 will have an
extended payment period for Thirty (30) days from each due
dates without surcharges.
2. Disconnection of water services for unpaid bills is still
temporarily suspended.
3. Reconnection of Water Services will continue upon settlement of
arrears.
4. Customers Who may wish to pay their water bills may do so at the
following:
a. CCWD Main Office at 166 J. Africano st. Cor. Burgos st.;
Cauayan City 7:30 Am to 2:00 Pm Monday to Friday.
b. SM Supermarket at SM City Cauayan from 7:00 AM to 3:00
PM Monday to Saturday.
c. Savemore Primark Cauayan City from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Sunday to Friday.
