INVITATION TO: ALL WATER DISTRICTS IN REGION 2

Warmest greetings!

The Cagayan Valley Association of Water Districts, Inc. (CAVAWAD), wishes to

invite technical employees from your agency to the BASIC PLUMBING COURSE
to be held on February 6-7, 2024 at Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District
(MTWD).

A training fee of Php 6, 000.00 (LIVE-OUT) will be collected. This will include 2
lunch meals, 4 snacks, training kit, training module, and training certificate. The
CAVAWAD will give a discount of Two Thousand Pesos (P2, 000.00) for every
participating water district. Payment may be in the form of cash or check. For
payments thru check, it shall be addressed to CAGAYAN VALLEY ASSOCIATION
OF WATER DISTRICTS, INC. Deadline of payment for the training fee will be on
February 6, 2024.

SLOTS ARE LIMITED TO 40 PARTICIPANTS ONLY. CONFIRMATION IS

ON A FIRST COME – FIRST SERVED BASIS. ONLY
PERMANENT/REGULAR EMPLOYEES ARE ALLOWED TO JOIN THE
SAID TRAINING.

Per water district is allowed to send a maximum of two (2) participants only. The
participants should bring their own materials and tools which are necessary for the
conduct of the training. The list of tools and materials provided in this invitation is good
for 2 persons.

We included the Plumbing Olympics as part of the training proper. The winner in the
said activity will represent the region in the 2024 National Plumbing Olympics in Davao
City.

We will be sending confirmation slip which shall be accomplished on or before

January 31, 2024. You can send your confirmation at cavawad@gmail.com. Your
confirmation will be considered as your attendance for the seminar.
