Height of pipe support has been calculated for slope 1:200 based on horizontal
length of 28m for boiler #1 & #2 pipeline and 17.4m for boiler #3 pipeline.
2. Welded and flanged joints shall, as far as possible, be located at one third
span from supports. If the support is situated right under the welded joints this
joint shall be reinforced with
a strap. Flanged and welded joints shall be avoided in the middle of the span.
3. Necessary correction in pipe layout may be done at site to suit the erection
requirements.
