LAST AND FINAL DEMAND TO VACATE

Dear Ms. Gerona,

I am writing with regard to your continued possession and occupation of

a portion of Lot No. 4449-I-4 situated at Poblacion 2, Hamtic, Antique.

Your possession and occupation of the subject lot was only by my mere
tolerance . I have already brought this to your attention that I would like to
regain possession of the subject lot, however, despite repeated verbal and
written demands, you failed and refused and continue to fail and refuse to
vacate Lot No. 4449-I-4 to my damage and prejudice.

Consequently, this formal demand is hereby made upon you to vacate

the said property within fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof, otherwise, I will
refer this matter to my lawyer for the filing of the appropriate ejectment and
damage suits against you to protect my interest.

Please give this matter your preferential attention.
