Awareness document

1. Selection process will be strictly applied, so if potential Exchange Participants violate this process, He or She can be rejected.

2. AIESEC KMU doesn’t cover any extra fee costs for issuing VISA.

3. Project fee is 300USD in total, and it includes accommodation fee 250USD, administrative fee 50USD

4. KMU provides 20,000 won for maintenance fee of accommodation.

5. AIESEC KMU operates project following the information uploaded on YOP(opportunities.aiesec.org) and included in project and
accommodation information booklet.

6. Project KMU’s schedule can be changed a little bit.(like the day of Opportunity Provider)

7. If there are changes in Job Description of Exchange Participant and information of Accommodation are made, AIESEC KMU will
communicate with Exchange Participant as soon as possible.

8. Exchange Participant arrives in Korea before 12/31 (GMT+9), and departs from Korea 2/8(GMT+9).

9. AIESEC KMU provides pick up service between 11AM to 6PM in Korean time during 12/30~12/31

10. AIESEC KMU is located in Daegu. Therefore, AIESEC KMU will provide pick up service only at Daegu airport, train or bus station.

11. AIESEC KMU not provide any transportation and extra fee when Exchange Participant go to Global Village in Seoul and Exchange
Participant’s individual schedules.

12. If there are 4 Eps in KUM’s project, Eps can stay at accommodation with roommate. (two EPs per accommodation).

13. AIESEC KMU and Exchange Participant will be following AIESEC’s XPP.

14. Global Volunteer program is operated based on AIESEC 16 Standards.
