AGENDA:

1. The session started with a prayer led by Ms. Ma. Fe S. Cardimales at 10:00 am
2. Ms. Campos discussed the basic for conducting Learning Action Cells in the school community.
3. The grade 6 family set the ground rules or the norms for every session. Each team member
agreed to each and compromised that all norms reflected will be checked if they have been
observed in the following session to come.
4. For the team’s ice breaker , each teacher was given a personality test which they answered
around 10 minutes.
5. For the Passion of Teaching part, each of them shared the reason/s why they became a teacher.
6. The facilitator shared with the group her journal entry in September 15, 2019 to highlight the
value of their career.
7. For their final activity, the teacher attached an adjective to their name as a teacher based on
their reflections for the day.
8. The session ended at 12:10 pm.
