AGENDA:

1. The 4th session started with a call to order at 9:45 am, followed by a prayer led by Ms. Kathreen
T. Tordil.
2. The team danced following a short video clip for an ice breaker.
3. Mrs. Gina A. Guianan recapitulated what was discussed and set in the 3 rd LAC Session.
4. Mr. Roy P. Jaudalso shared his thoughts on the key concepts of Classroom Structures and
Classroom Activities. They discussed how to manage classroom structure to engage learners.
5. The team shared their personal best practices on how they handle group activities.
6. The team completed the Professional Development Plan citing their individual strength,
development needs, action plan, timeline and resource needed.
7. The team also talked about Christmas Party plans.
8. The session ended at 11:30 am.
