 ABSTRACT
Despise the use of cards for writing the next appointment of coming back to clinic, yet most of mothers
and pregnant women forget when the day of going to clinic when the day reach. Due to that the use of
mobile technology I propose has the best and efficient means of reminding mothers and pregnant women
the clinic day when reach. Also some important information about health, clinic information and details
which can easily been forgotten when told and taught by nurses or doctor’ will be present in the
application.
Clinic reminder is the mobile application that developed to remind pregnant women and mothers the next
appointment of clinic. Also information in healthcare, clinic information and all necessary precaution of
mother and pregnant women should take. This application will remind all dates of going clinic according
to date set by the hospital.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
The system of write the next appointment of clinic in a card has remained a serious problem. Because
most mother and pregnant women forget the day which can cause delay of receiving proper treatment and
care.
 Clinic reminder application will remind mothers and pregnant women the next appointment of
going clinic
 Clinic reminder application will also give important information to mothers and pregnant women
about healthcare.
