Verizon STB Disaster Recovery Plan

Purpose
The purpose of this document is to provide the disaster recovery plan for
Communications Test Design, Inc. (CTDI) Coatesville Branch, for STB services provided
to Verizon.
It is necessary that disaster recovery be quick and efficient to maintain business
processes and meet customer expectations for accurate and uninterrupted service
delivery.
The Contingency Plan outlined in this document will be under constant review.Any
revisions to this contingency plan and the procedures contained within will be made as
necessary under the direction of CTDI and Verizon prior to implementation.

Application
This document is a statement of CTDI’s contingency planning for operational challenges,
which may be posed by a disaster.This document specifically applies to the systems,
processes and personnel through which CTDI provides technical and logistical STB
services to Verizon.The information in this document is business critical and proprietary
to CTDI.

Definitions
Disaster – An event or occurrence which causes a major disruption or stoppage of
business.
STB – Set Top Box
