Thickness of Nylon Membrane Filter

1. Objective
To measure the thickness of Nylon Membrane Filter.
2. Scope
To insuring the thickness of Nylon Membrane Filter as per specifications.
3. Responsibility & Accountability
Quality Control (QC), Head is responsible for thickness of the Nylon Membrane Filter.
4. Requirement
Digital Micrometer
5. Procedure
 Take Sheets of Nylon Membrane Filter and measure it at Start, Middle & End of the Membrane
 Take average/mean of both the three different measurements and note it down.
 Match the measurement with Nylon Membrane Specifications.
6. Precautions
 Always reset the value ZERO while taking thickness of Nylon Membrane.
