Activities Performed
File Entry Is Done in main Production sheet.
Three days Production + Process Planning is done according to Date of dispatch.
Machine Loading is done as per Date of dispatch.
Daily Production activities are updated in the main sheet.
Material Outsourcing is done according to various operations like:-
1.Material Cutting:-Material Cutting list is prepared.
2.For Square jobs Sizing And S/g Sizes are given on DC with required Stock.
3.For Round jobs Turning drawings are prepared with required stock.
4.Material send for Heat treatment with BHT inspection as per required HT process like Through hardening,vaccum hardening
hardening,Cryo treatment etc.
5.For Round jobs after HT C/g Drawings are Prepared with Providing Proper geometrical tolerances.
6.Material is send for surface treatment as per requirements like Blackodizing,ENP,Anodizing,Zinc plating etc.specifying layer
thickness.
After HT Square Jobs are Final Surface grinded And given for wire cut ,edm by specifying proper front view,top view,reference
point etc.
work list with Processes is updated on daily basis.
Monthly dispatch sheet is updated on daily basis.
