Note :- In case the progress of work is found falling short of schedule, Erector shall mobilize additional
resources in terms of manpower, machineries /equipments, tools / tackles and consumables to mitigate the
delay with in a period as instructed by Project In-Charge without any additional cost to IBPL.

The assessment of progress of work at any period, by the Project In-Charge shall be final and binding on
the erector. In case the progress of work is found unsatisfactory, IBPL reserves the right to intervene and
get the job done by engaging other agency, as it may be deemed fit, at Erector's risk and cost.
