 To implement the administration of justice in accordance
with the power and as provided under the law.
 To protect the judicial independence in interpreting laws
 To conduct prosecution in the Session Courts and
Magistrate Courts
 Providing legal advice to the Government of Malaysia
and its agencies on all aspects relating to international
law and Malaysia’s existing international obligations.
 Represent the Government of Malaysia in all civil
proceedings
