Recipe for Aliv laddoo (on popular demand)

Ingredients –
1 katori aliv
1 big coconut
2 ½ katori jaggery (can vary as per sweetness of gur)
2 teaspoons of ghee.
Jaiphal powder
Steps – - Soak aliv for one hour in coconut water.
- Mix grated coconut and gur in soaked aliv.
- After half an hour cook the mixture in a kadhai with two spoons of ghee.
- Continue heating till mixture gets cooked properly.
- Allow to cool, add jaiphal powder and roll laddoos
- If kept in refrigerator, will stay good for 10 days. If kept outside, for 3 days.

Amla Murabba_
Ingredients –
Amla 1 kg
Sugar 600 to 700 gms,
Kesar 7 to 8 strands,
Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp,
Ghee 3 tsp,
Honey 2 tsp.
Steps – - Steam cook amlas till green color changes to yellow as shown in photo,
- Allow to cool down and remove seeds,
- Grind till becomes granular,
- Add sugar and heat till the mixture starts leaving the pan,
- Add ghee, kesar, elaichi powder,
- Put off the gas and mix honey.
