Prior to commencing Work of any kind within a Highway, the Company shall obtain the prior written consent,

not to be unreasonably withheld, for such Work from the Commissioner. The Commissioner may establish additional terms and conditions under which the Work may
be conducted within a Highway, including requiring the Company to submit detailed construction plans.

THE BRIDGE SHALL BE CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC DURING JACKING OPERATIONS. FULL BRIDGE CLOSURES
SHALL ONLY OCCUR DURING WEEKEND/EVENING WORK. CLOSURES SHALL BE KEPT TO A MAXIMUM DURATION
OF 20 MINUTES. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL BRIDGE CLOSURES WITH HRM AND HALIFAX TRANSIT.
