well.

If you have a cough, you have to

get plenty of rest, drink plenty of liquids such as water, juices, milks and others
and consult a doctor.

And you shouldn’t

self-medicate or expose yourself to cold climates and you should also not
consume alcoholic beverages or smoke.

time.

rest early and sleep the recommended hours, you should exercise regularly, quit
smoking, and avoid long naps.
