Basis / Presumption of the bar-chart


1 Plant cleaning and safety clearance for hptwork
2 Hot work time of shut down is 7 to 11 pm.
3 Two separate gangs of khalasi, structural work and civil work will be available for two shift working in plant.
4 Safety office would be present in both the shifts for quick permits and work clearane.
5 Compay supervisors for execution available in two shifts. (2+2 Experienced supervisors required for equipment shifting/ereaction a
6 Civil strengthening work on ground floor and structural modification work on second floor can be done parallel.
7 Existing walkways to be used partially for equipment movement/shifting and minimum 1 mtr walkways for emergency to be kept cl
8 All pre-planned permits i.e. equipment hotwork, vessel entry, plant hotwork permit etc. would be cleared by 9:00 a.m. on daily bas
9 Activities other than expansion not included in resource as well as schedule planning.
10 Use of telescopic crain for equipment movement on second floor considered.
11 Following are the tentative manpower requirement for shut down execution,
