DONCILLO, CESO VI ‘Schools Division Superintendent Subject: Authority to Conduct MPDTEA Orientation Activities in the Division of Masbate Date: August 28, 2018 1. Pursuant to the agreements made during the MPDTEA Special Meeting withthe Public Schools District Supervisors, In-Charge ofthe District, District Presidents and Treasurers on March 2,2018 at MPDTEA Board Room, Masbate City and in view of the approved letter request of the Masbate Province Division Teachers and Employees Association, (MPDTEA), this Office granting permission to the association to hold a MPDTEA Orientation Activities in the Division of Masbate with the following objectives: a To advance and promote the interest and welfare of the Masbate Provincial Division Teachers and Employees; ». To protect, sustain and enhance the professional, economic, social, cultural and moral growth of its members; . To help promote the development of a free and effective teaching force and employees imbued with common interest and commitment, cooperatively sharing and assisting each other by initiating and helping provide aid to the members and their qualified dependents; 4. To keep in touch with its members, and To support and establish linkages with regional, national and international associations and bodies concerned with teachers! welfare and with the improvement of the teaching profession. 2. The PSDSs/In-Charge of the Districts shall allow their respective District Teachers Association to conduct Meetings, Orientation and advocacy campaign with the school heads and teachers on the proposed date of the association. The ‘Treasurer of the District Teachers Association shall submit the School Status of MPDTEA Remittance Report on or before September 7, 2018 atthe Office of MPDTEA. (See attached form). 3. The MPDTEA Officers with the PPSTA personnel will also visit school districts and secondary schools on the schedule below. The Public Schools District Supervisors, elementary and secondary school heads shall allow the said activities in their respective schools. Hereto attached is the schedule of Orientation Meeting per district. 5. This Memorandum serves as Travel Order of the MPDTEA Officers and participants. “Travelling expenses shall be charged to loca/school funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing roles and regulations. 7. Immediate dissemination and compliance of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
