Management identified the following high-priority change requirements:

● Goal A: Implement PDA / GPS use (productivity function) in trucks in the first quarter of fiscal 2016.

Organizational performance

Operation plan:

● Testing of the distribution management system will be suspended and implementable within the first
quarter of fiscal 2016.

● Within the fiscal year 2016, the truck fleet must be expanded to 8 trucks.

● Small distribution hubs are located in Maitland, Goulburn, Nowra and Bathurst, each with 2 employees
within 18 months.

● Fast Track Couriers will complete a 20% regional delivery within the next 3 years.

● Introduces professional development and training (employee training) to achieve organizational goals
and increase understanding of the organization's strategic goals in the first quarter of the fiscal year.
● Elimination of industrial relations problems for the fiscal year. Close negotiations with employees and
unions.

● Eliminating lifting injuries.

• Use of GPS and PDAs in the industry to track distribution. A courier company that already uses
technology. Risk of increasing costs / risk of increasing market share or not being able to compete.

• NSW's average driver salary is generally higher than that of fast track courier. Risk of performance
degradation and blocking of necessary changes.
