First thing from whick I'd like to start.
I'll give you a brief introductuion to our services. How it works, what's the model

Newxel is an operational partner of outstaffing,

we helping our customers to setup dedicated teams of developers
different sizes and any stack of technology.
For us it doesn' matter what the level of the request,
it could be 2,3,10,20 people.
Right now we have more then 200 hundred people on board.
Three offices in Ukraine, 2 in capital Kyiv and 1 in Kharkiv.
Actually Ukraine is one of the biggest IT hub in Europe with more then
220 000 developers.

Also, important thing to add

We are not outsourcing company we are outstaffing provider
which setup every team that customer needs from scratch,
what it means, it means that we don't have developers on bench

So, the result is that From our side we close all operations
related to recruitmnet, hr, legal, finance, it infrustructure, facilities,
equipment,etc
and customer from their side close delivery of the project.
We don't know what the developers is doing because they
subordinate directly to customer and
work on a daily basis for a them. We don't take part in project development

How our financial model looks like, we fully transparent in this.

You'll see everything that included
into the model. The only that could vary it's salary ranges of the developers,
but as I said previously only you choose
the level of the salary range you can pay for a particular candidate.
You discuss the salary range directly with the candidate
and only after this you decide to move forward with him/her.
So what's included into a model, let me show you an example.
You choose developer and his salary is 3000 usd. To this amount of money
you need to add two taxes,
first - 47 usd it's social tax, and second it's 5% of all amount of money.
So 3000 usd + 47 usd and + 5%
You'll have 3199 usd it's a gross salary in Ukraine.
To this amount of money you need to add 1400$ it's overhead budget which include
all
that I mentioned previously legal, finance, recruitment, hr,
it/infrustructure, equipment, medical insurance.
You'll have 4599 usd, it includes all aspects that I described previously,
absolutely all.
