Printing machine and Mounter designed by Allstein from Germany. It is 8 color Printing machine with
CI. It is a latest machine in Pakistan they have advanced functions…
✓ ARUN system (Small chip install in the sleeve and it saves the data on that chip and transfer
on the printing machine chip and operator don’t need to set the register)
✓ AVISCO system (It automatically set the viscosity which we want)
✓ ACLEAN ( It automatically cleans the Anilox and Chambers)

Responsibilities
o Time Based and condition-based maintenance of machine
o Customer’s approvals of every job whenever change, or new job introduce.
o Troubleshooting and restoration of machine at the time of breakdowns
o Taking care of daily production record, and different production related parameters like OEE,
Waste, KPI, Claims etc.
o Audits of Stocks (Raw Material, Inks, Consumables)
o Budgeting and proposals of every year.
o Visits of different suppliers (DIC, Digital process) to check the quality.
o Manage spare parts of machine and define criticality and minimum stock level
o Plan the daily, weekly, monthly service and big maintenance of the machines with product
planner.
o Planning of Forecasting
o Monthly, Quarterly and yearly audits of all consumable’s stocks.
o Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the factory reputation
o Preparing and controlling the factory budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
o Organizing all operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel
o Responsible for all PRs generated
o Calibration of all the machine where required
o Coordinate with Logistic team and warehouse team for on time delivery to customer.
o Analysis on External and Internal claims
o Record and maintain all consumables for Printing, Pre-Press, Ink Room
o Responsible for checking the condition of cliché.
o Train Operators how to perform the machine in a safe way so quality is good and waste is
low.
o Super user of IFS module (Planning module)
o Meetings with Swedish and Chinese team on weekly basis
o Install and commissioning the machine with Swedish and German teams.
o Have meeting with shift operators every second or third week what problems we have
related to machines and operations, get updates and give out new information and do an
action plan with responsible with start date, finish date etc.
o Come up with new ideas how to make the machine better, safer and send this to
development department in Helsingborg.
o Design all fabricated items (Sleeve trolley, Chamber trolley, Anilox trolley etc.) which
required for improvements.
o Examine the precise tools on regular basis and make their efficiency maintain on high level.
o Responsible for Production, Planning, Waste, KPIs etc.
