3)ECOREX BUILDTECH PVT LTD in an Avant-garde green construction material: “Ecorex” - Aerated Con-
crete Blocks. These blocks are manufactured in a state-of-the-art plant (European Technology) located in Raipur, Chhattis-
garh with an installed capacity of 180,000 CuM. P.A. (450 CuM per day) and adhere to BIS-2185 (III).

4) Formerly working with BILTECH BUILDING ELEMENTS LTD, AAC Palghar Maharashtra.
Period: - Sept 2012 to March 2015 As Maintenance Head.
Job Responsibilities:
 Looking after Boiler Operations And Maintenance of AAC plant machineries like batching plant, cutting
machines, Tilting cranes, autoclaves, agitators, Screw feeders, DG sets and forklifts.
 Established strong Preventive maintenance system which leads to increase in Productivity of equipments.

 Analysis of equipments performance and spare parts in the dept.
 Experience in the heavy machinery like chain bucket elevator, duel roller crusher, morgenson screen, eirish mixer,
alpine mill, hammer mill, Isostatic press, autoclaves, compressors and vacuum devices.
 Working in core team of dept for implementation of EMS 14001 and maintain the entire document for EMS
audit.
Details of work experience:
1) Experience in operation and maintenance of hydraulic press as 800t, 500t, 300t, 150t, and Isostatic press.
2) Experience in operation and maintenance of oil-fired furnace, PLC controlled furnaces and burners ThermoPac.
3) Experience in erection and commission of ETS Plant, 3MVA transformers, elevators and material conveying systems.
4) Handled the project of relocation of AX(Anti oxidation Acid treatment ) Plant from Bangalore to Nashik, independently.
