In connection to the Digital/Online Graduation of the Senior High school Department for the
Graduating Student for Academic Year 2019-2020, we are asking your approval that we will be allowed
to post the picture of your son/daughter and some personal information on the NVC Senior High School
official face book page

We believe it is important to celebrate children’s achievement, but are aware of the potential
risks when such personal information or material is published for public information system such as the
Internet. However, In the interest of safety and security, Northwestern Visayan Colleges Senior High
School Department requires parent permission for the publishing of student’s names or photographs on
the Face book page.

Attached is the student form that contains the personal information of students that are to be
posted on the NVC Senior High School official face book page.

Study here at NVC worth Php 20, 790 (twenty seven hundred pesos), be deducted from my
Monthly salary in reasonable instalments for me to apply for graduation. Likewise, may I also
request that deduction will start on the opening of classes this August 2020.
