Confidentiality Each party hereto shall keep this term sheet and proposed terms of transaction described herein confidential and no party shall disclose this term sheet or any of such terms to third parties, except for disclosures to employees, affiliates, counsel, accountants and other representatives as may be necessary to accomplish the transaction contemplated hereby or as required by law and / or securities regulations. Disclaimer The terms are based on details exchanged between LUPIN and MEDOPHARM till the date. In case of any specific requirement for packaging, raw material, shipment or related to Product, terms may be revised. Validity of The term sheet will be followed by Supply Agreement which shall be effective Term Sheet: | immediately upon its signature and remain effective for a period of 5 years from date of ning of the agreement.
