AFFIDAVIT

I, ROAN A. SEÑORA, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident

of Purok 1, Brgy. Dolores, Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and states:

1. That I am the grandson of the late SPOUSES JULIO ABAD AND

CRISANTA C. ABAD;

2. That my late grandparents are the rightful owners of that parcel of

land designated as Lot No. 5869-A-2, situated in Barangay of
Nasunogan, Ormoc City, Leyte and covered by Tax Declaration No.
08259 of the Office of the City Assessors of Ormoc City;

3. That the said parcel of land is being irrigated by the Mainit Pongso
Bao River Irrigation System since his lifetime;

4. That I have been cultivating, tilling and working on the said parcel of
land since the death of my grandparents up to the present;

5. That I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
foregoing statements and for whatever purpose this affidavit may
serve best.

AFFIANT FURTHER SAYETH NAUGHT.
