QUESTION

Summarize the points in the lecture, being sure to explain how they address the specific ideas
about solar energy described in the reading passage.
The professor agrees with this way of producing energy through the sun. He says there are a lot of
adventages.(advantages) First, it is a clean renuable (renewable)energy and it is through using the
use of panels. This type of energy is an easiereasy , controllable and cheaper way of getting
energy, which is healthier, too, and it is very important for the Earth.

The professor says that people that want these solar panel, need to pay tofor the installation, and
the cost is expensive, but it is recommendable because the advantages are much more than the
disadvantages.

Furthermore, the professor says that with this energy source we can do more energy than with
other unhealthy source of energy.

This reading passage is according agrees? with the lecture, because both give the benefits about of
solar energy. According whit Both the passage and the lecture, both recommend this easily and
healthy production of energy. It is better for everyone because it doesn´t (no contractions!)
produce deadly pollution like sources of energy that use fossil fuels.

Finally, after reading the text and listening to the lecture, it can be said that both support this new
idea of production of solar energy.

Some people think that human needs for farmland, housing, and industry are more important
than saving land for endangered animals. Do you agree or disagree with this point of view?
Why or why not? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer

YOUR ANSWER

Nowadays, there are much more people in the world than there were thousands of years ago.
Since the beginning of the human kindhumankind, the human being has used the nature to its
benefits but sometimes it has not taken had not into account the earth and the different
animals that have inhabited its. Some people believe that housing, industry and farmland are
more important than saving land for endangered animals. I disagree with them and I would like
to further illustrate my reasons as follow.
First, we can use the nature to for our benefits, but its is important that people take conscience
about that, and a good way of doing it is thinking about the endangered animals. For example,
there are jungles that are deforested for by the human being, so animals who that lives there
lost lose their habitat and in consequence, they are disappearing.
On the other hand, I think it is important that people can be able to enjoy their life, using farms
to feed themselves, creating different industries, and by using the environment, but I believe
that it will would be important that all people receive education about cares of the environment
anand the ecosystems (than are there)?that there are there. For example, at school, teachers
should teach to children by using the nature, consciently consciously and taking care of the
Earth, and it could be explaining that if we do not take care of the environment, animals can be
destroyed forever.
In conclusion, I disagree with the idea that human needs are more important that than
endangered animals, and all of us should be able to behave acting with conscience and
responsibility consciously and responsibly knowing the possible posibilities consequence of
that.
