Particulars of information required:

My RTI dated 28-May-2013 had exposed a fraud committed by the then employee of Airports
Authority of India (AAI) Mr. Kishore Rangwani. I had received a reply dated 12-Feb-2015 Ref
AAI/WR/RAU/JGM(Fin)/2015 from AAI saying the fraud amount was refunded just before
my RTI was filed. I believe a fake paper trail has been created to cover up the fraud that my
RTI exposed. I would like the following information

1. On what basis did AAI say that the fraud amount was recovered just before my RTI
exposed the proof, even though the fraud was committed many years ago.
You may send copies of bank statement, salary slip, cheque given or anything that will
prove without doubt that the fraud money was recovered on dates mentioned in your
letter.

My RTI dated 3-Apr-2011 had exposed another fraud of Mr. Kishore Rangwani i.e. He has
taken home rental from AAI, even though he himself does not live in that home. His son lives
in the house, which is taken on rent by AAI for Mr. Rangwani. I would like the following
information:

2. How many houses are on rent in Mumbai by AAI for its employees? Please provide the
complete addresses of these houses?
3. What checks have and are being made by AAI to ensure that employees don’t use that
home for any other purpose than the intended? i.e. If an employee has taken the home
on rent from AAI, but does not stay in the same, and gives it out to a third party; then
is there any chec ks by AAI to prevent this fraud.

Please provide me with photocopies of file noting pertaining to this matter.

On receipt of above information under this application, I intend to carry out actual inspection
of records at your office. I may be permitted such inspection.
