APPLICATION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF OUR SUBMISSION ON THE

CONSTRUCTION OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS RETAIL OUTLET

We humbly write to plead for your kind reconsideration and assistance on the
rejection of our application (Reference number :) for the construction of
petroleum products retail outlet situated at Howayi Village, Kona District,
Jalingo, Taraba State.

The application was rejected due to the proximity of the proposed retail outlet
to an abandoned overhead water reservoir by the Taraba State Water Board.
To this effect, a letter was written to the Taraba State Water Board seeking its
position on the construction of petroleum products retail outlet close to the
abandoned water reservoir.

In addition, attached to support this application is the letter of approval by the

Taraba State Water Board, to the construction of petroleum products retail
outlet at the proposed location.
