    ***Before proceeding to this process - back up your data from laptop to DXC One Drive

    Open Advanced Options

    How to open advanced Options:

    1. By starting up laptop following pressing f8 key continuously (should press f8 as soon as put-on
    laptop)
    2. If system is in login screen or already logged in Hold shift button and restart from (shutdown
    icon)

    Select command prompt and it will show command prompt window

    Type DiskPart and press Enter key in command prompt wait till it navigate to DISKPART>

    Type list disk and press Enter Key - This will show list of disks currently connected.

    ***Make sure that your Files are taken backup.

    Select Disk by typing Select Disk 0 and press Enter key

    Once disk is selected it will show as “Disk 0 is now the selected disk”

    Type Clean and press Enter Key - wait till you see “DiskPart succeeded in cleaning the disk”

    Once it is done restart Laptop/desktop.
