 Joint of the duct sections to the surrounding frames, inlet and outlet grille are through
fastened joints through CB6007CR3 / MS21060L3 anchor nuts, NAS5310E csk type /
NAS5317E protruding type bolts and NAS1149CN832R washers for aircraft communality.
 Drain path and Mast are considered in this technical proposal.
 Drain Mast riveted to fuselage skin through MBF2113-6-300 blind rivets.
 Duct Inlet and outlet grille are considered out of this scope of work.
 Condition of supply is considered nude, without any primer or top coat condition. Fungus
Resistance TBD
 Access panels for ACOC maintenance are considered out of the SOW.
 Wet assy and fillet sealant is considered to be applied at Calidus FAL.

Within these assumptions, main components materials and technologies are considered as
follows:
 Convergent/Divergent and Outlet Sections are considered in CFRP monolithic structure.
 Straight Section is considered in CFRP sandwich structure.
 CFRP & sandwich material as per Calidus specification.
 CFRP material considered for quotation purposes is based in AERnnova GMS122025
Fabric & GMS 122026 Tape specifications for Hexcel commercial AS4/8552 material.
 Sandwich material considered for quotation purposes is commercial Rohacell 76 HERO
foam.
