What are your greatest strength

To start, I can say that the analysis of risk situations has been an important priority,
being aware of each situation that may lead to a setback, is supported by different strategies and
models.
An important pillar is creativity, generally in situations where a touch of ingenuity is required.
In my previous work, that area was highlighted, since events were organized and making it look
good and convey something was the challenge to overcome.
Last but not least, hard work is about many things a quality that I developed in all the aspects in
which I worked,
plus the power of an extra mile for the company where I work, it was something that was almost
a daily newspaper.

What are your weaknesses?

I was a little disorganized person, but I have been working on strategies that allow me to stimulate
my criteria to things,
with this I have managed to advance in situations where bringing order was crucial.

Why are you interested in working for Huawei?

Since I was very young, I was interested in the work that your company had been carrying out in
the technological field,
as well as the marketing that they carried and the aggressive advertising that they are carrying.
Also, I have learned that the company currently has problems, of which I could be very helpful,
because precisely my curriculum is aimed at solving a need that you have and that is to improve
the relationship with your suppliers in the United States.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years, 10 years?

My plans in 5 years, are aimed at strengthening my skills and knowledge, to be able to apply them
in the company where I will be working,
I can really say that the desire for knowledge and to provide what I have learned throughout my
life ,
It is something that will mark me these 5 or 10 years to come.

Why should I hire you?

Actually, you're answering this question the whole time you're being
interviewee, but if you listen to this question directly this is easy to
answer.
For starters, ideals, a desire to innovate, continuous improvement and teamwork are very
necessary skills for the position,
and I have them, in addition to offering them more skills such as assertive communication and
project evaluation, among others.
In addition, I hope to facilitate your work, assuming with responsibility the position of leading
negotiator in Latin America.
