What interests you about this role?


Almost 4 years ago I started my career in sales as a presales, serving clients in the
United States, Canada and South America. Since then, I discovered my passion for
presales activities, for building relationships centered on the customer centric
philosophy, for helping customers discover and solve their problems. and that is why
this position interests me, in addition to being able to work with a very disruptive and
innovative company

I think Lenovo and 42 Gears are two very innovative companies that support disruptive
solutions and I see a huge opportunity to continue growing and learning.

How would you describe yourself?


In my previous role in technical in presales, my core responsibility was helping customer
and leads from to find the correct solution to their needs. All of this requires analytical
thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication skills, as well as, aptitude in sales
to build and cultivate customer relationships. I am looking for a presales position, where
I can make a bigger impact as an individual contributor, and potentially grow
personannly and professionally.

What are you passionate about?


I am passionate about life in general, for my personal growth and development, for
being a good human being, a good leader who can positively influence my world and
the people around me. I am passionate about learning both personally and
professionally. For example, personally, now I am focused on learning the classical
piano, and professionally, I am focused on learning more about sales, objections,
negotiation and story telling for sales, I think this is important for my professional career.
One of my favorite quotes is, don't go to bed without first learning something new during
the day

What are your biggest strengths?

• I'm sure one of my great skills is relationship building. I find that in sales, some
people can be too transactional. I think my superpower is in making more meaningful
connections. I have received strong feedback in the past. One client said that I was the
best business development person he had ever met. These types of connections have
turned into huge sales wins. For example, in my previous job I managed to increase the
pipeline by 150% and double the opportunities for the sales team compared to the
previous year.

• I would say my customer service skills and my ability to resolve potentially


difficult situations. With 4 years of experience ins presales and sales, I have learned to
understand and resolve customer issues effectively. On a related note, I also have
strong communication skills, which help me to work well with customers, team
members, and executives. I am known for being an effective team member with a talent
for giving presentations

Tell me about your greatest achievement


Well, in my previous position, I managed to recover an account that was dead, it is an
operator with 27 operations in Latin America and the Caribbean. From there we
managed to generate 16 business opportunities and close 7 deals in 2022.
