same? How much land acquisition is done as of today?
4. Some of us happen to come across a court litigation board in one part of the
project. Can you clarify that to us?
5. If we are awaiting BIAPPA approval can the application/acknowledgment for the
same be shared?
6. What is the realistic expected duration for allotment?
7. Request the BSNL team to share the minutes of the meeting with all points
discussed with appropriate deadlines.
8. If you are unable to give us a specific deadline for this project are you going to
pay us compensation for 6-7 years long wait?
9. Can we see some documentation related to the development of this project?
10. When will you be able to help us with loan sanction for the 3rd instalment?

13. What is the deadline for the completion of this project in stages? If the deadline
is not met the what’s the compensation?
