Know it by all men this present:

The Board of Directors of YOSHIKAWA & KURIHARA Japan Training Skills Center, Inc.
has convene for a meeting calling for the following resolution as stated below with the primary
purpose of meeting the requirements for establishing a branch of the training center other than its
current main establishment.

At the meeting the Board of Directors of YOSHIKAWA & KURIHARA Japan Training Skills
Center, Inc. on December 7, 2016, the following resolution was proposed and approved by the
board:

Resolved:

WHEREAS, it was proposed and approved that the entity will establish a branch of training center
other than that of its current main office / business location.

WHEREAS, the proposed branch of the YOSHIKAWA & KURIHARA Japan Training Skills Center,
Inc. will be located at 6850 Brgy. Corregidor, City of General Trias Cavite.

WHEREAS, it was approved that the management of the said branch will be handled by a School
Manager congruent in relations to the policies and procedure of the main office and act as one
entity.

WHEREAS, it was known and willfully made by all concern party due to the requirement of
operations and to sustain intensive operations of the entity.

That all the member and officer of the of the Board of Directors of YOSHIKAWA & KURIHARA
Japan Training Skills Center, Inc. is in full support of the approval of the board resolution as
mentioned above.
