Enagic:
A Return
To Origin
Message from
Mr. Ohshiro
Dear Friends and Distributors,
I was so pleased to host close to 450 of the top distributors and E8PA Members
at our most recent Enagic 2017 Convention on my home island of Okinawa.
I’m firstly pleased that you could experience the very loving and compassionate
style of Okinawa living that we so enjoy and take pride in. I’m also so happy
that you could return to the ROOTS of Enagic and experience the deep history
from which Enagic was born.
When I look back at the history which gave birth to our Enagic family, I’m
reminded of the countless stories of overcoming adversity that we’ve all
experienced over the myriad decades. It brings a huge smile to my face to know
that close to a million people worldwide have enjoyed the success of Enagic’s
vision. Thanks to YOUR hard work and the combined, collaborate efforts of
hundreds of thousands of people globally, we are spreading the message of
True Health at a rapid pace.
My original dream, close to 40 years ago, was to free people from whatever
binds them, from whatever prevents their ultimate ascension into greatness.
How very happy I am today to share my birthday, my roots and my future
dreams of success with you all.
Hironari Ohshiro
CEO Enagic International, Inc.

With hard work and determination the dreams
of a young man have come to fruition...

Factory Tour Recap
The highlight for every distributor visiting Japan for the first time was the tour of the Enagic factory in Osaka,
Japan. Most had only ever seen the factory in pictures posted on social media or videos about Enagic. Being able
to tour the factory was a thrill for all in attendance!

Convention Recap
Seminar Spotlight
An important part of the 2017 Enagic Global Convention was the valuable seminar provided to the attendees.
Both corporate and distributor instructors were on hand to share their knowledge with distributors about
how to build their Enagic businesses, tips on prospecting and growth and lessons of how personal
development can positively impact their business efforts.
Distributors were excited to get the day started as they arrived at the E8PA main
facility, got registered and made their way into the seminar center.

14
15
The hosts for the day got things off to a
great start by energizing the crowd and
recognizing the many different countries
who were represented at the convention.
They officially started the day with a toast to
the continued success of Enagic and all the
distributors.
16
Immediately following the toast was the introduction of Mr. & Mrs. Ohshiro. Mr. Ohshiro
took to the stage and delivered a riveting speech that got the crowd excited and ready for a
full day of valuable seminars.
17
The seminar opened with Mr. Katsumasa
Isobe, Enagic International Master
Instructor, discussing his unique
philosophy and approach to seminars. He
has personally developed over 5000
business minded instructors over his
40 year career, in both leadership and
business. “My seminars are less about
business strategies and more about
human based marketing, personal
development and relationships.”
He detailed what distributors can expect to gain as allows them to gain insight and identify what needs
a result of attending his seminars. “My seminars will to change and what is working. This ultimately
help people identify where people are in their life…it leads to solving the issues that hold people back. It’s
will give them a reality check. Together we evaluate connecting mindset with actions and emotions which
their past self, in both successes and failures. This lead to a life change.”
18
When discussing his goals for Enagic
Distributors in 2017, Mr. Isobe said, “I want
to continue to learn and understand the
Enagic business. Based on that, I want to be
sure to perform the right way. I ultimately
want to be able to help Enagic Distributors
meet and exceed their goals.” Mr. Isobe
has conducted his seminars all around the
world and there are currently 162 Certified
Enagic Instructors. He expects to have 300
Certified Instructors by the end of 2017 and
500 by the end of 2018. His goal is to have
2000 Global Certified Instructors by 2020,
with approximately 30% of those instructors
being Certified Master Instructors.
Mr. Isobe summed up his seminar with the following advice, “Realize where you are – know who you are. Be honest.
There is no one in the world that cannot succeed. My priority is to let the distributors believe and know they can do it. I
want those who don’t know they can succeed to know that they can. I want to get this message out. I have failed, but I
have learned to succeed.”
19
Next up was Don Prosser, Enagic Director of
Communications. Don has developed his
own unique seminar called ESPRI (Enagic
Success Personal Relationship Ignition)
The seminar starts with Heros-In-The-Making to their original and unadulterated greatness. Attendees investigate the
meaning of personal relationships in our lives and how they form the cornerstone of success in life. A successful Enagic
experience is predicated upon mastering human relationships and how those relationships lead to mutual success.
20
ESPRI offers a plethora of interactive
role-plays, all designed to introduce,
experiment and master the skills
necessary to grow your Enagic
mission.
21
After Mr. Prosser there was a short lunch break. Upon returning from lunch, top distributor
instructors graced the stage and gave the crowd valuable information. They shared their own
successes and triumphs and explained how each person can succeed in the Enagic business.

you were willing to share your incredible stories and information with your fellow distributors.

Advancement
Recap
The rank advancement portion of the event was filled with excitement, as distributors who had worked
very hard were recognized for their outstanding achievements. The ceremony started with Mr. Ohshiro
making a special presentation to all of the existing 6A2-3 and above distributors. He and Mrs. Ohshiro
presented each person with a special 18K gold Enagic pin to signify their status as one of the highest
ranking distributors in the Enagic Global Distributor base. This special presentation was followed by the
presentation of rank awards, which included distributors who had achieved the rank of 6A, 6A2, 6A2-2,
6A2-3, 6A2-4, 6A2-5 and two new inductees, Kenneth Wong & Jayvee Pacifico, into the top position of
6A2-6, a rank attained by only three distributors in the entire world!

Mr. Ohshiro’s
Birthday Bash
The day ended with Mr. Ohshiro’s birthday celebration.
The festivities included traditional Japanese dancers, a
live band playing some of Mr. Ohshiro’s favorite songs, an
impressive karate demonstration, a delicious multi-course
family style dinner and a musical performance by the man
of the hour, Mr. Ohshiro.
30
The celebration concluded with a
magnificent fireworks display. It was
the perfect ending to an absolutely
incredible day!
31
When Mr. Ohshiro decided to make his dream of a resort
destination for distributors a reality, he did what he has always done;
Dreamed BIG. Decades in the making and over ¥30,000,000.00
invested, the Enagic 8 Prosperity Association Resort is the fulfillment
of his lifelong dream. The result of this dream is an absolutely incredible
facility offering an impressive assortment of amenities and activities
for its members.
32
33
At the main facility members will find a restaurant, a Seminar Center, the Enagic Museum,
an Enagic store, a bathhouse, a driving range, and a very competitive 18-hole golf course.
You can get your day started by warming up on the driving range or hop onto one
of the many golf carts available and jump right into a game of golf. Mr. Ohshiro
is an avid golfer and he insisted that the E8PA resort offered a challenging and
beautiful course. To help ensure that the course would meet his expectations,
he took a personal role in the design of all 18 holes. The beautifully designed
course features numerous water hazards, including a spectacular fountain
tucked away in the winding hills, which serves as an attractive water feature
and a challenging water
hazard. The many sand traps
are maintained so well that
they appear to be more like
a Zen garden than a sand
hazard.
34
35
Each hole is nestled in the winding hills of an amazing tropical rain forest. The views are spectacular, with almost
everyone including the crashing waves of the nearby ocean. There is even a traditional Japanese tea house halfway
through the course so golfers can take a moment and relax with a hot cup of tea, while enjoying the simply amazing
views. Golfers can tee off surrounded by beautiful vegetation or with a view of the ocean or even from the top
of one of the many hills, overlooking
the lush rain forest canopy. Novice
and pros alike will fall in love with this
challenging course and will want to
play it over and over.
36
As part of the activities of the 2017 Global Convention,
Mr. Ohshiro hosted a golf tournament. Many players
came out to test their skills on this beautiful course.
Everyone who participated had a wonderful time.
37
After an exhilarating 18 holes, golfers can relax and unwind in the on-site bathhouse. Tucked away in its own wing
of the building, the bathhouse offers separate facilities for both men and women. There is a large dressing area
with oversize lockers and each bathhouse also includes a large vanity area. From there bathers enter the shower
and bath area, where they can shower off and then relax as they soak in a hot, luxurious bath, overlooking the ocean
below. There is also a sauna for those wanting to enjoy the soothing heat. They then can complete their bathhouse
experience with cold water soak to reinvigorate their mind, body and spirit.
38
After a relaxing soak, members can
then dine in the E8PA restaurant,
where they will enjoy a variety of local
and international cuisine. All of the
food is prepared using different grades
of Kangen Water, in order to make it as
clean and delicious as possible. While
dining, members can take in the views
of the beautiful golf course or the
tranquil ocean and breaking waves of
the shore at the bottom of the hill from
the resort.
39
After enjoying the day at the E8PA main resort,
members can explore the local surrounding areas,
many of which are also part of the resort. There are
beautiful semi private beaches, the birth home of Mr.
Oshiro, UKON processing facility and UKON farms,
just to name a few. There are additional resort facilities
and amenities located in other areas of Okinawa, like
the Enagic Hot Springs and Ocean 8 Restaurant, or the
Enagic Bowling Alley, each is part of the E8PA Resort.
40
Members will get swept up in the tranquility and “Tokyo, and the rest of the world, is reserved for
stunning beauty of the E8PA resort and all it has to business, while the E8PA is reserved for pleasure and
offer and may never want to leave. But they can rest relaxation. I invite you to become a member of the

Asia Qualifying Tournament of
the Enagic Junior Championship
On February 11, 2017 over 100 of the top players from all over Japan came to the
Enagic Sedake Country Club for the 2017 Schiesser Cup. Among these top players
were three members of the Japanese National Team. All of the players were excited
to participate in the fierce competition and extremely challenging course of the
Enagic Sedake Country Club. It is a narrow course, with
tight green undulation. So it takes a steady stroke, finesse
and calculated strategy. On top of the already difficult
course, players were forced to display their skills and
abilities as a mixture of strong wind and rain met them on
the first day of the competition. Hina Arakaki, Enagic Golf
Academy’s top player, was leading after the first day, but
on the second day her competitors faired a bit better than
her and she missed the championship. Hirohito Nakasone
of Enagic Golf Academy won the championship for his age
bracket. Four out of the top five players were from Enagic
Golf Academy. But for both men’s and women’s division,
players from outside of Okinawa won the championship.

Tokyo Office
Mr. Ohshiro knows that 2020
represents a tremendous opportunity
for Enagic, especially in Tokyo, as the eyes of
the world will be focused on this amazing city. As
such, he has decided to personally dedicate a lot of
time and attention to the Enagic Tokyo office. In fact,
he recently conducted a presentation in the Tokyo
office to a standing room only group of attendees

“Japan has become home for many people from other
countries, like Korea, the Philippines, China, Indonesia
and Malaysia and many of these people live in Tokyo.
Enagic is fortunate to have many distributor leaders
from these countries also living in Tokyo. I encourage
these leaders to actively promote and recruit their fellow
countrymen living in Tokyo and show them the benefits
of Kangen Water and True Health.”
One of the key staff members at the Tokyo office is Akemi Urushiyama,
the General Sales Manager for Global Sales. She has been with Enagic
since February of 2008 and has been instrumental in the success of
many Enagic offices. She started with Enagic as the Branch Manager for
the Germany office and spent three years setting the foundation of that
office for expansion throughout the E.U. She then spent 2 years in the
Tokyo office, but was asked to help open the Singapore office. She spent
two years at the Singapore office and then returned to the Tokyo office
and has been here ever since.
On the day of my visit to the Tokyo office it was buzzing with activity. The seminar room was packed, as a live presentation
was being conducted at the time. People were getting Kangen Water, filling out order forms and picking up machines.
All the while Akemi and the rest of the staff were making sure the needs of everyone there were being met.
46
On this particular day some of the top leaders of the Filipino distributors in Tokyo were giving the live presentation.
There were lots of new prospects, excited to learn about True Health and the incredible Enagic business opportunity.
During the final minutes of the visit to the Tokyo office, Akemi extended the following offer to any and all Enagic
distributors. “If you come to the Tokyo office you can meet lots of the top leaders here in Japan. We conduct seminars in
many languages, including Chinese, English, Japanese, German, Korean and Tagalog (the Filipino dialect). So, if you have
contacts living in Tokyo, please bring them when you visit us and we will help you build your Global Enagic business! I look
forward to seeing you soon!”
