11. Lead Talk

LEAD Talks have become a tradition at AIESEC in Finland national conferences, and this time they will happen again. The core principle of sharing a LEAD TALK is to talk about something you are passionate about, in a simple way for anyone listening to understand. LEAD Talks are the stories, thoughts and ideas of young people shared with the world. Our lives are stories that can inspire a new generation of young people to not only believe in change, but to work for it. We need to share these stories every day. AIESECs ambition to be the most credible and diverse global youth voice can be simply achieved by sharing the experiences we live with the world. Lets tell the world about our experiences and represent the voice of Finnish youth!

Any member of AIESEC in Finland will have the opportunity to give a 3-minutes-long LEAD Talk during one of the plenaries in ACCESS-2013. Come prepared, and you might make an impact someone elses life! :) 11

12. Parties

We will have two theme parties: One on Friday night (1st of Nov) and one of Saturday night (2nd of Nov): a) Superheroes theme party: Whos a better leader than Superman, Batman and Spiderman? After honoring our top AIESEC leaders at the awards ceremony, all ACCESS attendees will be asked to harness their inner superhero and embark on a nightlong superhero extravaganza. Filled with games, activities and plenty of chances to bond with your new (or old) AIESEC friends, this night is sure to be SUPER fun! Get creative and wear your best superhero outfit. b) King of the Jungle theme party: Whos the leader of the jungle? The gorilla? The lion? The parrot? No matter who turns out to be the King of the Jungle, the second party for ACCESS is sure to be WILD! To abide by the jungle dress code, you can disguise yourself as a jaguar, a monkey, a poacher or even a tree! Keep in mind, not just any jungle dweller can be King. So, be sure to come up with a clever costume and bring out your wild side!

*There will be a prize for the best costume of each night
