V. IMPLEMENTATION

My overall feedback for the activity during the December Christmas celebration with a

theme Team Building was not really fun and a not memorable occasion that filled some of my

classmates with sadness . Everyone was able to enjoy a slight and lively bad atmosphere

because of some argumenta within every groups that not to be lead in a right way. Well, the party

will happen but the feelings and emotions everyone that be gladly thats not to be happen. The

mood for the entire event was created by the bad atmosphere and warm fake smiles that were not

sure if the guest will notice about that. The best parts of the celebration was the part of eating that

everyone can share with foods during that event. There was not something to enjoy for everyone,

and the organizers did not great job of accommodating a variety of interests and age ranges.

There was lack of entertainment throughout the event, but including the activities there is bias

engaging games, and any activity that they are part in. My classmate can witness that. But a

gorgeously designed photo booth was really great. The event was made even not more successful

by the obvious attention to detail that went into organizing the many events. A visually spectacular

backdrop was created for the fcandy color by the stylish and colorful decorations. Aside from the

wonderful and copious food and drink selection that guaranteed attendees were well taken care of

throughout the event, the music selection also contributed to the candy atmosphere. In addition,

the organizers maybe deserve praise for their efforts in incorporating aspects of appreciation and

generosity into the events. But on how they well lead to my fellow classmates thats the bad things

happen in that. A sense of camaraderie and generosity that perfectly captured the spirit of the

Christmas season was developed at the party, but not really. Numerous attendees expressed their

not feeling well gratitude for such a well-run and fun event, and the feedback received was

unanimously favorable. But the important thing, Those in attendance at the December Christmas

celebration were able to form lifelong friendships, have a sense of togetherness, and create

precious memories even there’s a misunderstanding in each everyone. Finally, because of the

preparation, activities, and bad atmosphere, the December Christmas party eventually was a

14
success. Gathering together to enjoy the holidays and make treasured memories that will last a

lifetime was a great chance for everyone.
