ABSTRACT
The endeavor of this research is to discover the impact of cultural diversity on creativity.

The paper explores the communication/language and educational background impacts between

cultural diversity, information assorted qualities and learning administration in an authoritative

connection, where performers connect and trade information through systems. In this research,

we have gotten an example size of 101 to speak to the focused on population of Engro Foods

limited. Diversity and is segregated to 02 variables that is language/ communication and

educational background. However these variables are concentrating on society assorted qualities

on creativity of organization. SPSS software is used as a research tool. It is the mainly renowned

with every single and further tools for investigation. Self administrative questionnaire is used for

this research. Result shows cultural and language barriers created communication challenges.A

very important factor to improve organization performance is the creation of ideas. Engro foods

Limited is the biggest company of Pakistan so, culture diversity has a great impact of this

company for creativity. Hiring of different educational background people generates new ideas

which is benefit for organization. Linguistic diversity also impact on creativity of organization.

Results shows that culture diversity with reference to educational background and language have

a significant impact on creativity of Engro foods Limited.
