aBangladesh Auto Industries Ltd (Bauto) will produce electric vehicles such as sedan,
SUV, bikes, 3 wheeler, mini truck and microbus.

To produce electric vehicles, Bauto needs main 2 raw materials. These are Battery and
motor-controller-charger.

A company is formed named Bangladesh Lithium Battery Ltd (BLBL) to manufacture &
supply lithium ion battery to Bauto. BLBL will sell battery externally too. In this
company Chinese investor will invest.

Another company is formed named as Mango Technologies Ltd (MTL) to manufacture &
supply motor-controller-charger to Bauto. MTL will sell externally too. MTL will
establish this factory from its parent company own fund. Mango Teleservices Ltd holds
70% and a Chinese company Cyan Power holds 30%.

Both these 3 companies Bauto, BLBL & MTL are being established at Mirsarai
Economic Zone, Chittagong.

BLBL and MTL are basically backward linkage company of Bauto.
