On the supply side

Ninjacart ships around 50 to 60 tons of produce every day.

Solution- ERP (enterprise resource planning) and real-time tracking.

The decisions related to how many trucks to be used, optimization of the routes for
better usage of trucks for minimization of cost and time, truck tracking is possible
through technology.

On the farmer's side

Trust is ensured through tech, as immediate confirmation is received via Sms to the
farmer about payment generation, which is received within 24 hours, which is
important to break the relation farmer has with the middlemen.

30% to 40% of Ninjacart associated farmers use the app to check for the prices
across the market. So, the farmers have the liberty to choose the market for better
price recovery.

Facilities- credit facility to the farmers which can enable them to procure pesticides
seeds and fertilizers, training to farmers to keep a check on the quality.

On the demand side

60% of the orders are received through the Ninjacart app.

On the consumers’ side

Ninjacart uses RFID (radio frequency identification). Through RFID the exact location
of the product can be known as the products move through various centres to the
retailers ensuring 100% traceability.

Total funding of Ninjacart is $150 million.
