ON VACATION TO CARTAGENA

Hello mother! I’m your son Jaime, I’m writing you this time from our
hotel to tell you about our vacation to Cartagena de Indias in Colombia.

All my family is with me, my daughter Ana, my son Mauricio, and my

wife Sandra; even our dog Sam is here.

The weather isn’t very good today, in fact, it’s cold and cloudy. The children are in their room
playing cards and watching TV. Right now, it’s raining and everything around is wet.

My wife is in the restaurant eating lunch, but the food

here is very expensive, and it isn’t very good.

Our hotel room is nice, there are 2 beds, 1 air

conditioning, 1 big flat screen TV; but there is a broken
window in the bathroom.

People from the hotel are saying that the weather is

changeable here, sometimes it’s sunny, cloudy, windy,
and rainy. So, we’re waiting to go to the beach.

Ok, mom! I’m going to the beach with my children now,

the weather is changing and now the sun is shining.
