ward with diarrhea and appeared very ill. Blood samples have been drawn
for diagnostic purposes. Mrs. Tobias has arrived to visit her son and was
told by the staff nurse that her son has AIDS. Mr. Tobias had no
knowledge that he was being tested for HIV. Mrs. Tobias reported the
matter to Ward Sister. (Head Nurse).

Department by her grandmother with a history of accidentally swallowing
of household bleach. Tamara appears drowsy and listless with the mucous
lining of her mouth and lips burnt.
