in American culture, government backlash, multiple riots in which protestors were abused. So

the Black Panther Party rose to demand more civil rights for African Americans and to protect

the community from brutality.

What was the impact of the Watergate scandal on American politics? Explain.

The impact of the Watergate scandal on American politics are that it decreased public

trust in the government and demanded more transparency, Articles of Impeachment were

prepared. Set a future precedent for government officials to have more press conferences and for

meetings to be recorded and declassified files released for the public.
