Biasness, unlawfulness and parliament privilege.

 Whether the proceedings of the sub-committee formed under the aegis of the public accounts
committee was tainted with biasness as claimed by Mrs.K?

 Whether there was a breach of parliamentary privilege when Dr.A leaked information to the
press before the report of the subcommittee being tabled before the lok sabha and whether
there was immunity available to Dr. A as and when he presented the report before the house
in which statements were made against Mr X which were prima facie damaging the reputation
of Mr X?

 Whether by virtue of violation of principles of natural justice and in view of the section 8A and
8B of the commission of inquiry act, the proceedings of the subcommittee was unlawful?
