Subject: Revocation of Detailed Office Assignment and Additional Office


Assignment

In the exigency of public service, you are hereby ordered to return to your original
office and observe your duties in accordance to your PDF in your original plantilla
position. Likewise, endorse all documents and/or accountabilities to the head of
office you are assigned.

In addition to your duties and responsibilities, you are hereby ordered to act, sign
and assist the City Budget Officer in accordance to her duties and obligations
under RA 7160. Moreover, you are directed to extricate the following:
 Balances of Appropriations and Allotments, as of Novemebr 29, 2012 of
the following:
o Mayor’s Office (PS, MOOE and Capital Outlay)
o Other MOOE (by item of expenditures)
o Calamity fund status
 List of Projects with Certificate of Availability of Fund at the General
Services Office for processing,
 List of Projects, with corresponding amount, still in-process at City Budget
Office, City Accounting Office and City Treasurer’s Office,
 List of projects paid from July to November 29, 2012
 Statement of Receipts and Expenditures as of November 29, 2012.
